District Collector Arun Kumar Purohit announced that, due to excessive rainfall and waterlogging in several parts of Nagaur, all schools from Class 1 to 12 and Anganwadi centers will remain closed on 29 August 2025. The decision was taken to ensure the safety of children amid the difficult weather conditions.
Schools Shut in Himachal Pradesh’s Manali and Kullu Subdivisions
On Friday, 29 August 2025, all educational institutions in Manali subdivision and nine schools in Kullu subdivision of Himachal Pradesh have been ordered to remain closed due to unfavorable weather conditions.
